kampua liao {ingredients for sauce}

  • 1 tua tng sie tu eu
  • {1 tbsp. pork lard}
  • 2 tua tng sie o-tao eu
  • {2 tbsp. dark soy sauce}
  • tam pok be-ceng
  • {a little MSG}
  • ceh chang, kua seh seh
  • {chopped spring onion}
  • eu chang
  • {fried chopped shallots}
  • char sio, ang sio bak, kuak pok pok.
  • {sliced roast pork, char siu}

*1 uwah mee {1 bowl noodle}

  • iong uwah, carm eu, o-tao eu, ceh chang, eu chang ka be-ceng.
  • {use bowl, mix lard, black soy sauce, spring onions, fried shallots and msg}
  • iong tua oir, jhu chui, jhu kao kun.
  • {use big pot, boil water}
  • iong leng gua eh oir, pang leng cui.
  • {use another pot, put cold water}
  • mee pang lok oir chu, cit no hoon ceng.
  • {cook noodle in pot, 1 or 2 minutes}
  • iong thai, ioh mee kee lai
  • {use sieve, remove noodles}
  • pang lok leng cui.
  • {dip in cold water}
  • ku cai lai chu cit pai.
  • {cook noodles again}
  • chu ho liao, mee pang ti liau eh uwah.
  • {after cooking, put in bowl of sauce}
  • kiau kao jiau jiau.
  • {toss and mix well}
  • mee pang ti puah
  • {put noodles on plate}
  • pang ceh chang, eu chang, bak.
  • {add spring onions, fried shallots and sliced meat}
